company rebrand
I have served as Director of Content Marketing at Bloom, a third-party Medicare marketing and sales company, since 2021. In 2023, Bloom underwent a rebrand led by the Marketing team aimed at modernizing its logo, visuals, and value propositions. I oversaw the creation of a new master messaging collection for internal and external communications and several of the key deliverables announcing the rebrand, including this video. I wrote the script and was responsible for managing the vendor that produced this piece. It now sits on the Bloom website in the “About” section as a testament to who we are as an organization.
Ascend Broker
Software launch
When Bloom released a new version of Ascend, its Medicare Quote & Enroll software, in 2024, I was responsible for directing the team that produced most of the launch content — including this launch video, which debuted at the annual Medicarians conference that year. This video played on “the big screen” just after our CEO announced the software to the public for the first time.
Advise
educational campaign
I began working on educational materials for Advise Insurance, a member of the Bloom family of companies, in 2021. From 2021 to 2023, I directed and produced materials for large-scale Medicare education campaigns. The materials were displayed in doctors’ offices across the country and encouraged beneficiaries to contact Medicare experts who could help them navigate the confusing world of Medicare Advantage and help them choose the plan that was right for them.
